Mary's Art Museum(以下「本アプリ」)は、個人データを一切収集・送信・共有しません。 アカウント登録はなく、広告・アナリティクス・トラッキングの仕組みも含まれていません。
本アプリが行う通信は、ユーザーが「作品をさがす」機能で検索を実行したときに、 The Metropolitan Museum of Art および The Cleveland Museum of Art が公開している オープンアクセス API へ検索語を送信し、作品情報・画像を取得することのみです。 これ以外の通信は行いません。検索語が当方のサーバーへ送られることはありません (当方はサーバーを運用していません)。
ユーザーがキャプチャ(カメラアイコン)を実行したときのみ、撮影画像をフォト ライブラリへ保存するために「写真への追加」権限(追加専用)を使用します。 既存の写真を読み取ることはありません。
保存した光の条件・キャプチャ・収蔵した作品など、本アプリのすべてのデータは お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。端末外へ送信されることはありません。

Mary's Art Museum ("the app") does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking.
The only network traffic the app performs is when you use the "Find artworks" feature: your search terms are sent to the public open-access APIs of The Metropolitan Museum of Art and The Cleveland Museum of Art to retrieve artwork information and images. No other communication takes place. Your search terms are never sent to us — we operate no servers.
Only when you take a capture (camera icon), the app uses the add-only photo permission to save the image to your photo library. It never reads your existing photos.
Everything the app stores — saved lighting conditions, captures, and collected artworks — is kept solely on your device and is never sent anywhere.
