データの収集について

Mary's Art Museum(以下「本アプリ」)は、個人データを一切収集・送信・共有しません。 アカウント登録はなく、広告・アナリティクス・トラッキングの仕組みも含まれていません。

ネットワーク通信について

本アプリが行う通信は、ユーザーが「作品をさがす」機能で検索を実行したときに、 The Metropolitan Museum of Art および The Cleveland Museum of Art が公開している オープンアクセス API へ検索語を送信し、作品情報・画像を取得することのみです。 これ以外の通信は行いません。検索語が当方のサーバーへ送られることはありません (当方はサーバーを運用していません)。

写真へのアクセスについて

本アプリが写真ライブラリを自動的に閲覧・読み取ることはありません。写真の利用は 次の 2 つの場合に限られ、いずれも撮影画像や個人データを外部へ送信しません。

• キャプチャの保存: ユーザーがキャプチャ(カメラアイコン)を実行したときのみ、 「写真への追加」権限(追加専用)を使って、生成した鑑賞画像をフォトライブラリに 保存します。
• 写真の取り込み(プレミアム): ユーザーが自分の写真や絵を鑑賞ルームに 飾るとき、iOS 標準の写真選択(PHPicker)を通じて選んだ写真だけがアプリに渡されます。 フォトライブラリ全体へのアクセス許可は不要で、取り込んだ写真はすべて端末内でのみ 処理され、外部に送信・保存されることはありません。

データの保存場所

保存した光の条件・キャプチャ・収蔵した作品など、本アプリのすべてのデータは お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。端末外へ送信されることはありません。

Data collection

Mary's Art Museum ("the app") does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking.

Network access

The only network traffic the app performs is when you use the "Find artworks" feature: your search terms are sent to the public open-access APIs of The Metropolitan Museum of Art and The Cleveland Museum of Art to retrieve artwork information and images. No other communication takes place. Your search terms are never sent to us — we operate no servers.

Photo library access

The app never browses or reads your photo library on its own. Photos are used only in the two cases below, and in neither case is any image or personal data sent off your device.

• Saving a capture: Only when you take a capture (camera icon) does the app use the add-only photo permission to save the generated viewing image to your photo library.
• Importing photos (Premium): When you display your own photos or artwork in the viewing room, only the photo you pick through the system photo picker (PHPicker) is handed to the app. No access to your whole photo library is required, and imported photos are processed entirely on your device — never transmitted or stored elsewhere.

Where your data lives

Everything the app stores — saved lighting conditions, captures, and collected artworks — is kept solely on your device and is never sent anywhere.
